Adverse Weather Arrangement

When typhoon signal No. 8 or 10; or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted, the company will stop the delivery service. Customer's order can be rescheduled once within 6 months. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Change order

Customer can notify the company at least 4 working days before the delivery date. The fee can be reserved for 3 months. Otherwise, the fee will not be refunded.
